BMR has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and can recognize problems and pre-empt costly and potentially hazardous problems with your building.

We offer our service to residential customers, the commercial sector and landlords.

Our experienced team supported by skilled reliable and reputable contractors will protect the asset value of your property, reduce the likelihood of costly liability claims and possibly reduce escalating insurance premiums by having a maintenance system in place.

This proactive property maintenance service allows you to budget your maintenance costs with the option to spread payments throughout the year.

How It Works

Our maintenance service allows us to identify and report on any immediate or potential problems with your building, allowing you to effectively plan and cost for maintenance.

Being proactive in your approach rather than reactive can highlight issues in their early stages before they become major and costly issues.

Whether you are a home owner, landlord, doctor, dentist, accountant or solicitor with multiple offices Proserv can offer you a bespoke service allowing you to pick the services that are right for you and your property.

Once you have decide on the services you require we will provide you with a monthly cost that covers you for all the agreed services over the year. We will visit your premises at a time to suit you and complete a full inspection and photo all areas of concern, both inside and outside the building.

Our reporting service uses a traffic light system to highlight priority and remedial work. This system allows you to plan and prioritise the work throughout the year to help with your property management costs.
